Alumni records
When you join the alumni list, your responses are saved to a private Google Sheet that only the Crocker Hall organizers can access. We use this information to reconnect the old crew, plan the tailgate, and share alumni updates. We do not sell it or hand it to third parties.
Consent
By submitting the alumni signup form, you confirm:
“I consent to being contacted by Crocker Hall alumni organizers about the 2026 tailgate, future Crocker Hall alumni events, and related alumni archive updates. I understand my private contact information will not be sold or publicly shared.”
Photos & stories
Photos uploaded through the site are not posted automatically. The organizers review every submission first. A photo or story only appears publicly after it’s approved. If a photo includes you and you’d like it removed, just contact us.
Public listing
We will only list your name and class year publicly if you give permission on the signup form. Your email, phone, and address are never published.
Requesting changes or removal
Want to update your info, change your permissions, or be removed from the list entirely? Reach out and we’ll take care of it.
